We provide leadership development and training for team leaders, supervisors and other frontline managers. The programs are customised to your organisation's needs and vary in lengths between 2.5 days to 4 days. Sessions are full or half-days and 2-4 weeks apart and participants are required to test out the tools and solutions discussed in the previous session before the next one.
Our approach to training is based on guided discovery, not information acquisition (which does not work for conceptual learning).

Our team leader programs are designed to provide the foundations for new leaders in raising self-awareness and addressing people and leadership issues they are currently facing.
To foster self-awareness we will typically use an assessment tool like DISC or our own 360 Insight feedback tool. We can also work with any tool you have already in place in your organisation.
