Team Leaders

We provide leadership development and training for team leaders, supervisors and other frontline managers. The programs are customised to your organisation's needs and vary in lengths between 2.5 days to 4 days. Sessions are full or half-days and 2-4 weeks apart and participants are required to test out the tools and solutions discussed in the previous session before the next one.

Our approach to training is based on guided discovery, not information acquisition (which does not work for conceptual learning).

Middle Managers

We provide targeted leadership development and training for middle managers. The programs are customised to your organisation's needs and vary in lengths between 3.5 to 5 days. Sessions are full or half-days and 2-4 weeks apart. Participants are asked to test out the tools and solutions in-between sessions.
