Our People
We are joined in our strong desire to see people flourish at work. Countless surveys in Australia and overseas show that 75% of people are not happy at work, yet we spend more time at work than at any other activity. In addition repeated studies have identified the number one cause of unhappy employees - bad managers. The economic and social costs of this are staggering and drive our commitment to help organisations develop their leaders so that employees can flourish and organisations become more productive.
