At Leadership Mastery we are driven by our desire to see people flourish at work. Countless surveys in Australia and overseas show that 75% of people are not happy at work, yet we spend more time at work than at any other activity. In addition repeated studies have identified the number one cause of unhappy employees - bad managers. The economic and social costs of this are staggering and drive our commitment to help organisations develop their leaders to help employees flourish and organisations to become more productive.

Leadership Mastery is our premium leadership and executive coaching business. We have provided leadership development programs and leadership coaching for over 10 years and we have worked with over 2,000 corporate leaders. As a result, we have accumulated extensive practical knowledge in business, leadership and behaviour change.

We use individual and team coaching and leadership interventions in developing leaders and management teams. We have extensive business knowledge across a broad range of industries and we understand the interaction between leadership styles, needs, values, incentives, targets, processes and constraints that create a unique organisational culture.

Although we are consultants, we don't write reports. We analyse the behaviours and culture of the team in question and then directly achieve the desired behaviour changes through coaching and implementation of supporting processes and changes to structures, incentives and roles. Our interventions typically target performance, team effectiveness and accountability.

The core of what we are offering is to assist those who aspire to mastery in leadership. Given the amount of effort involved in becoming a well-rounded leader and the fact that the journey is not always comfortable one, Leadership Mastery is not for everybody.
